Including Phuket.
Residents in areas at risk of flash floods are being asked to prepare and to listen to advice from relevant agencies.
According to a Nation Thailand report, the National Disaster Warning Centre issued the warning for residents in the north, northeast, and south of the country, urging them to prepare for flash floods, runoffs, and potential landslides.
It comes as a number of provinces around the country are battling floodwaters, with heavy rainfall triggering a fatal landslide in Phuket where 13 people perished.
According to officials, the following provinces in the north and northeast remain at risk of runoffs and flooding: Chiang Rai, Nan, Phayao, Phrae, Sukhothai, Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Udon Thani, and Sakon Nakhon.
Landslides remain a risk in Phuket and Krabi, as well as Chiang Rai and Nan.
On Saturday morning, August 24, a section of mountain collapsed on Koh Lanta, in Krabi, triggering a landslide. The landslide happened behind a market, causing vendors who’d been setting up their stalls to flee in terror. No injuries were reported.

Meanwhile, provinces in northeast Thailand at risk of flooding due to rising water levels in the Mekong River include Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, and Nakhon Phanom.
Officials are urging residents to move belongings to higher ground and to have emergency items such as lights and sandbags at the ready. Residents are also being told to exercise caution in the event of electrical leakage and the potential presence of poisonous insects or animals.
Motorists are asked to be careful when driving through flooded areas and travellers are asked to avoid visiting caves or waterfalls.
