Stronger south westerly winds are moderating today, to moderate. The winds will remain moderate in strength and slowly swing back to the west (onshore) in the next few days. Expect a stable day with an odd shower, mainly overcast but great for heading out and about. The intensity of rain will increase in the next few days for the rest of this week. Excellent air quality around the island today and a top temperature of 30.

Air quality today gets a full green sweep with excellent, clean air quality. Winds have subsided a bit, compared to yesterday, mostly moderate from the west, veering south west during the day and further moderating tomorrow. In the 7 day forecast there is rain forecast on each day, but there will still be plenty of sunny spells during this time. A top temperature today of 30 degrees.

Plenty of rain storm activity north of the island, less-so around Phuket today, although some rain is forecast. Moderate to occasionally strong westerly winds continue today, and through to at least Saturday. Air quality is excellent today, and there should be plenty of sunny spells to get out and about the island. A top temperature of 31.

A washing machine of waves along the west coast this morning. Be aware of instructions from attendant lifeguards and the flags today. Strong westerly (on shore) winds will continue up to the weekend. Excellent air quality today and less chance of rain for Wednesday than yesterday, maybe returning early tomorrow morning. An excellent day ahead, unless you’re on the waters around Phuket. A top temperature of 31.

After a wet day on Monday, today will present much less rain – and tomorrow too – before a return on Thursday. Winds from the west will increase from light to moderate, to moderate to strong over the next three days, making beach conditions potentially hazardous for swimmers. Excellent air quality around the island today and an expected top of 31, and 30 tomorrow.

Rain expected on each of the next three days, along with some increased wind from the west – today, light to moderate north westerly today, but up to ‘strong’ westerly winds by Wednesday this week. Air quality is excellent today and there will still be long patches of sunshine during the day. Top temperature of 30 today and 29 tomorrow. A new month, and statistically the wettest month of the year in Phuket. But we start with a mostly fine and hot Sunday. Light to moderate onshore, westerly, winds will make it a perfect day for the beach. Some popular beaches will be patrolled – watch out for the red flags warning beachgoers not to swim in certain areas. Tomorrow I’ll see the wind veer to the north west, increase slightly. There could be some rain overnight into Monday morning. Air quality is, again, great! A top today of 31 and 30 tomorrow.

Happy to report lots and lots of sunshine today as the island continues to mop up from flooding in some areas. Looks like there’s a band of rain to reach the island late morning, but otherwise a relatively clear radar. Lighter westerly winds today, and lightening off over the next few days and veering more southerly. Another excellent air quality report today and a top temperature of 30, more of the same tomorrow.

Lots of rain overnight in parts of the island, some flooding in Phuket Town and the ‘usual suspects’. Rain will ease off for today, but more rain is in the forecast for the rest of this week. Winds are moderate to occasionally strong, westerly, and will likely keep the beaches mostly closed along the west coast – watch out for red flags. Air quality remains excellent. So… take an umbrella today. A top temperature of only 28.
