Welcome to Phuket GO, a fresh new take on Asia’s favourite tourist island. All the information is up to date, easy to find and celebrates the ‘new’ Phuket as it revives and revitalises back into South East Asia’s favourite tropical island. We aim for a, largely, ad-free, easy to navigate, free news and information service.
We look forward to welcoming you back every day for news, information, tips, arrival details and some off-the-beaten track locations we know about (and want to tell you).
Phuket-GO will connect you to all your favourite places – Patong, Rawai, Kata, Karon, Phuket Town, Chalong, Kathu, Bang Tao, Nai Harn, Surin Beach, Cherngtalay, Layan and Mai Khao. Plus all the other nooks and crannies that make Phuket a place to explore over and over.
Phuket has been through a massive change since 2020 and we want to welcome you back. There’s been plenty of changes, for the better, and many of the things you loved about Phuket are still here waiting for your next visit. The island itself, and the 30 or more island’s closeby, have never looked better. The enforced break from tourism has allowed an astonishing recovery and new checks and measures are now in place to make sure it stays that way.
In fact Phuket, with its International Airport and excellent connectivity with the world, is a great jump-off point for all of southern Thailand, including Krabi, Khao Lak and Phang Na, just a few hours from the island.
Phuket-GO will also connect you with all the ingredients you need to make you holiday, or your new life, on the island, easier and more memorable. Info about phone and internet connectivity, where to find things, shopping details, extensive beach reviews, the best food, the most exotic food, the best international food. Hot hotels, new hotels, alternative accomodation, budget hotels, astonishing hotels and boutique hotels.
Phuket-GO will become your online one-stop-concierge service for everything in Phuket. And Phuket-GO will be available on all the major apps to make finding and using us as simple as possible.
Phuket’s reputation as a place to party is still intact and Patong is back to life, with new spots appearing in Rawai and Phuket Town over the last 2 years that have a fresh new vibe and add variety and colour to the island’s nightlife.
Phuket has it all, from rainforest and jungle that still covers the majority of the island, over 30 of the best beaches in Asia, world-class resorts, a huge amount of cheaper accommodation as well, restaurants for every taste and hundreds of options for tours and travel around the island and beyond. Big, colourful shows and entertainment for the families, world-class water parks and fitness opportunities you won’t find on other islands around the world.
The Phuket GO team looks forward to providing you with lots of information and inspiration to head back to Phuket sometime soon.
