BREAKING: Phuket’s Immigration Police is officially revoking the visa of Mr Urs ‘David’ Fehr, according to the Deputy Police Spokesman of Phuket Immigration. he said ‘David’ behaved in a way that can be construed as a danger to society.
After being notified, he will be taken into custody but still has to face a day in court to face charges of assault filed by the young Thai doctor who was allegedly ‘kicked’ in the back.

The Commander of Region 8 Police in Phuket, Pol Lt Gen Surapong Thanomjit has announced that Phuket police have made an official request to the Immigration Police to revoke of the visa of 45 year old Urh ‘David’ Fehr – he’s the Swiss citizen who is alleged to have attacked a female Thai doctor at the beachfront step of his villa in Cape Yamu.
Police say that the full name of the man reported as “David” is Mr Urh Beat Fehr.
The Commander deemed the Swiss man to be a threat to the safety and order of the people under Article 12 of the Immigration Act.
Earlier today Urh ‘David’ Fehr denied the allegations made that he had intentionally kicked the Thai doctor in the back when she was sitting on steps in front of his villa in Cape Yamu. He claimed that he had ‘tripped’. He had also since apologised to the lady over the incident but the Thai doctor told the police that intended to continue with charges against the Swiss man and his Thai wife.
